CITY OF
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
~R~FiELD APPROVING/MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Higl~vays, has presented

~ e orandum of agreement in accordance with a project
statement submitted by the City for expenditure of the
1/4 cent gas tax for the 1937-~939 bienniumallocated for
State highways in the City of EaJ~a~fteld ~ and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read sa'id/agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved b~i~~ City Council of the
City of ~ke~[fi~ld that said/agreement for ex-
penditure of the 1/~ cent gas tax allocated for State high-
ways be and the same is hereby approve'd and the Mayor and
City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City.
