BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F BAtGERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the Fifth Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement
presented by the State Department of Public Works providing
for the expenditure of the 1/4~ gasoline tax funds for State
Highways within the City of Bakersfield be approved and accepted,
and the Mayor of the City of Bakersfield is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the/~___~ay of April, 1937, by the
