A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN
CHANGES IN A PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT RESOLVED: by the City 'Council of the City of Bakers-
field, California, in meeting assembled on the unc~i~odo~te
day of ~ , 1987, that said City uo s
hereby propose certain revisions in the proposed zoning
ordinance of the City as heretofore ap roved by the City
Planning Commission of said City; be m~ further
RESOLVED: That said revisions are hereby referred to said
City Planning Commission for recommendation; be it further
RESOLVED: That the City Clerk be and the same is hereby
directed to transmit to said City Planni Commission a
certified copy of said proposed zoning orn~inance contain-
i~ng said pro osed revisions, attached to a-certified copy
of this resolution.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution
was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers-
field at a regular meeting thereof held on the ~7~ay
