BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the Third Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement
presented by the State Department of Public Works providing for the
expenditure of the 1/4~ gasoline tax funds for State Highways within
the City of Bakers field be approved and accepted, and the Mayor of
the City of Bakersfield is hereby +authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the forego~.ng Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the :City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 7~ day of December, 1956, by the
