BE IT RESOLVE BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the Memorandum of Agreement !providing for the expendi-
ture of 1/4~ gasoline tax funds on Streets of Major Importance
within the City of Bakersfield be approved and accepted, and the
Mayor of the City of Bakersfield is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Bakers-
field.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing 'Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the / ~day of October, 1938, by the
