.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C0~CIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the Memorandum of Agreement presented by the State
Department of Public Works providing'for the expenditure of the 1/4~
gasoline tax'funds for State Highways within the City of Bakersfield
is hereby approved and accepted, and the Mayor of the City of Bakers-
field is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Bakersfield.

I h~REBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
