A RESOLUTION RESCINDING A RESOLUTION ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SWIM~.~ING POOLS IN CERTAIN PARKS IN THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA".
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
that a resolution passed on the 2~t__i~ day of ~ay~ , 1958, by
the Council of the City of Bakersfield entitled "A RESOLUTION
PERTAINRIG TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF SWII~ING POOLS IN CERTAIN PARKS
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA" be and the same is hereby
rescinded.
