EDWIN J. SYMMES, BY: IRA W. HOOVER, ARCHITECT, TO FURNISH
SUCH INFORMATION AS THE GOVERNMENT MAY REQUEST.
' BE IT RESOLVED by the .;.Council of the City of Bakersfield,
County Of Kern, State'of California, as follows:
': Section 1.__ That FredW. Nighbert, City Manager of the City
of Bakersfield, be and he is authorized to execute and file an applica-
tlen! on behalf of the City of Bakersfield of the County of Kern, State
of California, tO the United States of America for a grant to'aid in
financing the construction o£ THREE SWIMENG POOLS and BATH HOUSES in
Bakersfield, Kern County, California.
Section 2_~ That the Office of Edwin J. Symmes, by Ira W.
Hoover, Architect, be an~is. hereby authorized and directed to furnish
such informationas the~nited Sta'tes of America through the Federal
Emergency Administration of Public Works may reasonably request in
connection wt.~ the application which is herein authorized to be filed.
