A RESOLUTION RESCINDING A RESOLUTION ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE ACQUISITION
OF CERTAIN LAND FOR PARK PURPOSES AND TO
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SWIMMING POOLS IN CERTAIN
PARKS IN THE.. CITY OF BAKERSFIELD."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
that a resolution passed on the 4th day of May, 1936, by the
Council of the City of Bakersfield entitled "A RESOLUTION PERTAIN-
ING TO THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN LAND FOR PARK PURPOSES AND TO
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SWI~ING POOLS IN CERTAIN PARKS IN THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD" be and the same is hereby rescinded.
