BE IT RESOLVED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAKERSFIELD~
as follows:
That if and when any person, corporation or partnership
shall post a cash bond with the License Collector of the City of
Bakersfield under the provisions' of Ordinance Number 444 New
Series, then the said License Collector is authorized to sign
and deliver to the person, corporatioo. or partnership posting
said bond a receipt similar in form to the one attached hereto
and marked Exhibit "A", and made a' part hereof.
