BE IT RE;~0LVED BY THE CY~'~CIL OF T~ CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the ~mmorandum of Agreement presented by the State
Department of Public Uorks providing for the expenditure of the ~
gasoline tax f~mds for Streets of T~ajor importance in the City of
Bakersfield be approved and acceptads and the ~ayor of the City of
Bakersfiel~ is hereby authorized and ~irected to execute sai~ agree-
ment for and on behalf of the City of Bakersfield.
