as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAEERSFIELD,
That that certain Resolution passed by the Council of
the City of Bakersfield on the 9th day of December, 1958, establish-
ing a prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality of said City
of Bakersfield for classes or types of work needed to execute con-
tracts on public works, in accordance with the Public Works ~age
Rate Act of 1931, be and the same is hereby amended and changed
from one and a half times the regular pay for overtime to double
the amount of the regular pay for overtime.
