Be it resolved by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, that Walter' 0sborn, City Attorney of said. City,
is hereby authorized and directed to bring suit in the
Superior Court of the State of California in and for the
County of Kern, against Joseph G. CarEthers, to collect
the license fees due the City of Bakersfield from said
Joseph G. Carruthers.

I HEREBY CERTIPY that the foregoing Resolution vas
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Balmrsfield
at a regular meeting held on the 29th day of April, 1935, by
