BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows: -
~J~EREAS, R. t. WALTERS is~leaving the Council after a
long period of service on the Council;
AND,' P~HEREAS, the. Council will miss his presence and
his helpful advice and judgment; '-
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that .the Council
express its appreciation of the long, faithful and' disinterested
service of Mr. rYalters and its good wishes to him as he leaves
the ~public service oi' the City.
