BE IT R~SOLVED BY THE COU~CIL OF THE' CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That J. R. Gist, the Mayor of the City of Bakersfield,
is hereb~ authorized to sign and deliver a contract by and between
the State of California and the City of Bakers field fop the ex-
penditure of the gas tax on the street or streets mentioned in
said contract. o
