as follows:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
That J. R. Gist, Mayor of the City of Bakersfield, is
hereby authorized to execute a lease by and between the City of
Bakersfield, as Lessor, and
as Lessee, for the leasing of 160 acres of the Sewer Farm for oil
and gas, according to the terms of a lease heretofore prepared by the
City Attorney of the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on
the 30th day of April , 1934 , by the following vote:
