BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to lease the
City Sewer Farm for pasture to such persons and for the pasturage of
such stock as he may deem desirable, and to execute leases in con-
formity with a'form of lease for such purpose on file in the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
