BE IT RESOLVED BY THE C
as follows:
NO. 8-33
)UNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
That the City Manager of the City of Bakersfield be, and
he is hereby authorized to serve a ten (10) day notice 'on JOHN
SHIELDS'and ROLAND CURRAN to furnish a good and sufficient surety
bond to the City of Bakersfield in the sum of five thousand
(i15ooo. oo) dollars, for the faithful performance on the part of the
said John Shields and Roland Curr~n of.the terms and conditions of
the proposed lease for the Sewer Farm, and upon their failure so
to do, that they vacate said premises immediately after the expira-
tion of the ten (10) days.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resol~tion was passed
and adopted 'by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the/O ay of JulY, 1933, by the follow-
