BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
that the contract entered into on the 2Vth day of June, 1922, by
and between the City of Bakersfield and E. W. Winters, and by
meane assignments transferred to F. H. Jameson, be and the same
is hereby accepted and ratified by the City of Bakersf'ield, and
is declared to be in full force and effect.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of June, 1931,
by the following vote:
