OF BAKERSFIeLD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TB~ COUbiCIL OF i~-lh CiTY OF BnKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
That that certain grant contained in that certain
Deed, dated July eSth, 1925,wherein The Atchison, Topeka and Santa
Fe Railway Company, a kLansas corporations remises, releases and
quitclaims unto the City of Bakersfield, a municipal corporation,
certain real property situate in the City of Bakersfields COunty of
[ern, State of California and particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the easterly line of A Street
~9.1~ feet northerly from the northerly line of Calif-
ornia Avenue and running thence northerly along said
easterly line of A Street S4.88 feet to its intersection
with the southerly line of lSth Street; thence easterly
along said southerly line of l$th Street 57 feet~ thence
southwesterly along a straight line 66.02 feet to the
easterly line of ~k Street and point of comm~enceient; con-
taining an ares. of 99~ sSuare fee~, or 0.0~ of an acre,
more or less,

BE IT FUR'~ER REbOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deed, as heretofore mentioned, to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of Kern County, Calif-
