wHErE&5, pursuant to 'contract heretofore entered into
between the respective parties Virginia S. Brundage, Frances S.
Packard, Lida S. Reed, Ella ~toner and ~ay btark Fox and by cer-
tain indenture of deeds under .date of ~ay 18th, 1925, giving and
granting unto the City of Bakers.field, certain property known as
the Central Park, said property is described in said deeds, which
property is conveyed in accordance· with contract under date of
April 1, 1920 recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
Kern County, California, in Book 44n~y. of Agreements, page 40 et
seq.
N0~ TF~R~,_LFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY T~ COUI~CiL OF THE CiTY
OF BAi~i~i~LD that these deeds embracing the property described
and including the same be accepted.for the grantors therein mentioned.
BE iT FUfffHE~ RE~OLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
directed to cause said deeds, as heretofore mentioned,to be
recorded in the office of the C6unty Recorder of Kern County,
California.
I HEREBY' CERTIFY THAT the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the /~
day of June, 1925, by the following vote:
