NO. 2-25 WHEREAS, this Council has heard with profound sorrow of the'death of the late E. L. ~illow, a former councilman of the City of Bakersfield, who has served the City in a praiseworthy manner, both in his public and private life; AND WHEREAS, it is the unanimous wish of the Council- men that a fitting resolution be 'passed in recognition of his services; NOW THEREFORE BE iT UNANII\~AOUSLY RESOLVED, that this Council, as a particular mark of respect to the memory of the late E. L. Willow, that this resolution be passed and spread upon its minute s; ~.ND BE IT FUfiTHER RESOLVED, that-a copy of this Resolu- tion be mailed to the family of the deceased. -o0o- I HEREBY CERTIFY, that the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the '~~/bday of January, 1925, by the following vote: Ayes-Austin, Baer, Carlisle.
