A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN
GRANT CONTAINED iN THAT CERTAIN DEED
I/NDER DATE.OF NOVEMBER 5,1924, WHERE'
BY CHARLES CORN CONVEYS CERTAIN HEAL
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, as follows:
That that certain grant contained in that certain
Deed, dated the 3rd day of November, 1924, wherein C~ C~hn,~-~o.-,~
a single man, grants, bargains, sells and conveys and confirms
unto the City of B~ersfield, a municipal corporation, certain
real property described as follows:
The easterly 22 feet of Lot Four (4),
Block Two Hundred Thirty-two (252), in
the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern
State of California.
Be and' the same is hereby accepted.
The Clerk of the City of Bakersfield is hereby directed
to have the said Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Kern, State of california.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on
the ~yt~ day of November, 1924, by the following vote:
