A RESOLUTION A~ORIZiNG THE CITY
CLERK AND THE ~iAYOR OF THE CITY' OF
BAF~ERSFIELD TO EXECUTE A CONVEYANCE
CONVEYING TO CHARLES COHN CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE CiTY OF BAtGERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield is desirous of
conveying to Charles Cohn the following described property:
The northerly 93 feet of the westerly 33
feet of Lot Three (3), Block Two Hundred
ThirtyLtwo (S3S), in the City of Bakers-
field, County of Kern, State of California.
AND ~HE~EAS, said conveyance is being made in
consideration of Charles Cohn conveying to the City of Bakers-
field the following described property:
The easterly S~ feet of Lot Four
Block Two Hundred. Thirty-two (~32), in
the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern,
State of California.
N0~ THERt~0RE BE iT 0RDAINED by the Council of
the City of Bakersfield that the ~ayor and the City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered and instructed to execute
that certain deed under date of ~ ~ , 19~,
wherein the City of Bakersfield conveys to Charles Cohn the
property described in said deed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
