FOR THE RENT~'.L ~ND USE OF A SEWER 00N-
NECTION ~iTH THE 0UTFALL ~AIN SE~jER
SYSTEM OF THE CiTY OF BA~RSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
~ERLEAS, Dixon Dougherty and ~ary Dougherty, his wife,
are desirous of paying thirty dollars per year for the right to con-
nect o~o and use a part of the outfall main sewer system ~nning
easterly along Brundage Lane, in connection with their premises
on the following described property to-wit:
Lot 1, S~ction 8, ~ownship ~0 South, Range E8 East, M.D.B.& ~.,
AND WHEREAS, Bixon Dougherty and ~ary Dougherty, his wife,
have executed an agreement wherein they have.agreed to pay thirty
dollars per year for the use of a portion of said outfall main sewer
system running easterly along Brundage Lane, in connection with
their property above described;
NOW THEREF0~, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
0F B~RSFiELD, that this Council does hereby authorize the Ma~and~City
Clerk to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Bakersfield with
Dixon Dougherty and Mary Dougherty, his wife, wherein and whereby
the said Dixon Dougherty and ~ary Dougherty, his wife, a~ee to pay
to the City of Bakersfield the sum of thirty dollars per year for the
right to use in connection with their propert~ as above describe~a part
and portion of the outfall sewer main system running easterly along
Brundage Lane.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the
