~ND THE CITY CIERK TO EXECUTE A
LEASE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD WiTH HARRY SHEEHAN FOR
THE RENTAL OF THAT CERTAIN SALES
ROOM IN THE BATHHOUSE OF THE EAST
SIDE PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF BAKeSFIELD,
as follows:
F~EREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield is de-
sirous of entering into a lease for the rental of that certain
sales room in the bathhouse in the East Side Park in the City
of Bakersfield,
A~D WHEREAS, Harry Sheehan of the City of Bakersfield
has agreed to lease that certain sales room in the bathhouse in the
East Side Park and pay the agreed rental of seventy dollars ($V0.00)
per month, payable in advance for each and every month up to and
including the 24th day of September, 1924;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED .~hat this Council does
hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a lease on
behalf of the City of Bakersfield with Harry Sheehan, wherein
and whereby Harry Sheehan agrees to lease end rent that certain
sales room in the Bathhouse in the East Side Park for the agreed
monthly rent of seventy dollars ($V0.00) per month' up to and
including the 24th day of September, 1924.
I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on
they day of June, 1924, by the following vote:
