RESOLUTION ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE
OF THE SECURITY TRUST COMPANY,
a corporation, CONVEYING CERTAIN
SEWERS TO THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD FOR PUBLIC SEWERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, the Security Trust 'Company, a corporation, by
Samuel M. Crim, its assistant manager and O. R. Kamprath, its
assistant secretary, have executed a conveyance dated September
20th, 1925, wherein the Security Trust Company, a corporation by
Samuel N. Crim, its assistant. manager and O. R. Kamprath, its
assistant secretary have conveyed certain sewers in the Bernard
Addition in the City of Bakersfield, and have delivered the
Conveyance therefor to the CoUncil of the said City of Bakersfield,
with the request that same be used for public sewers, which are
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the center line of the alley
running easterly and westerly through Block~ 16, Ber-
nard Addition, 2S0 feet westerly from the easterly line
of King Street and running thence westerly a distance of
27.5 feet to the center line of the alley running
northerly and southerly through Block 16; thence north-
erly~along the center line of the alley running
northerly and southerly through said Block 18, to the
southerly line of Jefferson Street; thence continuing
northerly on a straight line across Jefferson Street
to the northerly line of Jefferson Street; thence con-
tinuing northerly on a straight line through Block ll
Bernard Addition to a point 20 feet southerly from.
the southerly line of Grace Street and end of sewer
line; including all Y's, lampholes and manholes along
the above described sewer line.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that this Council does
herebyaccept said conveyance for and in behalf of said City,
and do hereby declare that said sewers as described in said
Conveyance be and the same are hereby dedicated as a public
sewer.

The Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and
direeted to'cause said Conveyance to be filed for record in
the office of the County Recorder of Kern County, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, on the
