A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE I~,AYOR
OF Tt~ C~TY OF BAKERSFIELD AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEddENT

RIGHT AND PRiVIDEGE OF USING THE OUT-
~ ~ !re desirous of constructing a private
sewer on their property so as to connect their sewer to the
out-fall sewer main~ owned and Controlled by the City of Bakers-
field and whereas the said City' of Bakersfield is willing that
such connection be made; N0'6/THEREFORE BE IT RESOL~D BY THE
CO~CiL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFiELD;
That the ~ayor' of said City and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute on the behalf
of the City of Bakersfield, that certain agreement made, and
may connect on to said out-fall sewer main and the conditions
and limits of such connec%ion.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolu-
tion was passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
