A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CONVEYANCE
OF VIRGINIA S. BRUNtABE, FRANCES S. PACK-
'ARD, LiDA S. REED, ELLA STONER and NAY
STARK FOX, CONVEYING CERTAIN SE~.IIERS TO THE
CITY· OF B~.K~RSFiELD FOR PUBLIC SEWERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC!Y] OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFiELD, as
follows:
~HEREAS, Virginia S.. Brundage, Frances S. Packard, Lida
S. Reed, Ella Stener and Njay :Stark Fox have executed a Conveyance
dated May 18th, 19~3, wherein Virginia S. Brundage, Frances S.
Packard, Lida S. Reed, Ella Stoner and ~iay Stark Fox have conveyed
se~ers in certain alleys in "Stark Tract" in the City of Bakers-
field, and have delivered the Conve~_ance therefor to the Council of
said City of Bakersfield, with the request that' ss~he be used for
public sewer. s, which are more particnlarly describe~ as follows:
In the Alley east of Chest.'er Avenue from California Avenue no~th-
.erly to 14th Street;
In the alley east of K Street from California Avenue northerly
to 14th Street;
In the alley east~ of L Street from California Avenue northerly
to 14th Street;
In the alley east of M Street from California Avenue northerly
to 14th Street;
All manholes and lampholes on the sewers above described.
iqO ~.~ THEREFORE BE IT .RESOLVED, that this Council does here-
by accept said conveyance for and in behalf of said City, and do
here~y declare that said sewers as described in said Conveyance
be and the same are hereby dedicated as public sewers.
The Clerk of this Council is hereby autDorized and directed
to cause said Conveyance to be filed for record in .the office of-
the County Recorder of Kern Oounty, California.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the 'City of Bakersfield, on the
