BAKERSFIELD, INTO THE PROHIBI-
TION ENFORCEMENT y~ AS CREATED
BY ORDINANCE NO. NEW
SERIES OF THE CITY OF BAKERS-

~HEREAS, the Prohibition Enforcement Fund, as created
by Ordinance No. 150 New Series of the Ci.lry of Bakersfield,
has been abolished, and
WHEREAS, there remains in the hands of the City audi-
tor of the City of Bakersfie~d the sum of '~ ~ ~ o
dollars, which represents the amount of'money which was formerly
in the Prohibition Enforcement Fund as created by Ordinance No.
180 New Series of the City of Bakersfield, and
WHEREAS, a "Brohibiti0n Enforcement Fund" has been
created by Ord~ nance No. /~Y New Series of the City of
Bakers field,
NOW TH3]REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CItY OF BAKERSFIELD, that the auditor of the City of Bakersfield
is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the sum of ~
'~ ~ ~dollars,. which is the balance remaining in the
"Prohibition EnforCement Fund" as created by Ordinance No. '180
New Series of the City of Bakersfield, into the "Prohibition
Enforcement Fund as created and established by Ordinance No.
/~ vNew Series, of said City of Bakersfield.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted b,~ the Council of the City of Bakersfield on
