FOR PUBLIC SEWERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD, as follows:

alleys in "Homaker Park" in the City of Bakersfield, and has de-

livered the Bill of Sale therefor to the Council of said City of
Bakersfield, with the request that same be used for public sewers,
which are more particularly described as follows:
In the alley south of 34th Street from Q Street to
T Street;
~, In the alley south of 33rd Street from Q Street to
T Street;
In the alley south of 31st Street from the alley run-
ning northerly and southerly in block 9 in said Homaker Park Tract
easterly to T Street;
In the alley east of Jewerr Avenue from 30th to 31st
Street;
In the alley south of 30th Street from Panama Street to
T Street;
T Street;
In the alley south of 28th Street from Q Street to
In Espee Street from Panama Street to Q Street;
In 2Vth Street from San Dimas Street to T Street;
In San Dimas Street from 2Vth Street, northerly, to
the alley south of 28th Street;
In'the alley west of Q street from a manho'ie in 26th
Street, northerly, 246 feet, also
All manholes and lampholes on the sewers above described.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that this Council
does hereby accept said conveyance for and in behalf of said City,
and do hereby declare that said sewers as described in said Bill of
Sale be and the same are hereby dedic'ated as public sewers.
The Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and
directed to cause said Bill of Sale to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of Kern County, California.
I HEREBY CEF~IFY that the foregoing Resolution was
