JE'~TT ~VEYS CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE CiTY OF BAKERSFIELD F0 R STREET PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows: WHEREAS, H. S. JE~TT, has executed a deed the the same be d a e and purpose of a public street, said property being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point in the northerly line of 21st Street, if extended easterly, where such extension intersects a line 15.45 feet easterly from and parallel to the westerly line of R Street and running thence easterly along said extension of the northerly line of 21st Street to its intersection with the westerly line of the S. E. * of the N. E. ¼ of Section 30, Township 29 South, Range 28 East, N. D. B. & N.; thence southerly along the westerly line of the S. E. ¼ of the N. E. ¼ of said Section 30 a distance of 33 ~eet; thence westerly on a line parallel to the extension easterly of the northerly line of 21st Street, to a point 15.45 feet easterly from the westerly line of R Street thence northerly on a line parallel to the westerly line of R Street 33 feet to the point of beginning. All in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California. NOW, THEREFORE, be it Resolved: that this Council does hereby accept said deed for and in behalf of said City, and do hereby declare that said lands as set out in said Deed be and hereby are dedicated for public streets. The Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized and directed to cause said Deed to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder, in the County of Kern, State of California. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed end adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, o~n the ~ ~ day of , 192~, by the fo].lowing vote: Mayor of ~he Citi~eld.
