A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ASSIGNMENT'OF ~ LEASE
BY J.R.WILLIAMS, T.C. WILLIAMS,. FAIRFAX
WILLIAMS, AND CATHERINE WILLIANS,. ASSIGNORS
AND'DUVAL WILLIMPS ,ASSIGNEE; .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCI.L OF THE' CITY OF B.AKERSFIELD,
as follows:
Whereas the City of Bakersfield on or about the 2Vth
day of August, 191V, as lessor executed a certain indenture of
Lease to J. R. Williams, as lessee, to 'that Certain land being
and lying in the County of Kern, Statel'of (California, known as
the Sewer Farm being particularly described 'as'follows:
The'northwest quarter (NW¼) of Section Ten
(lO), Township Thirty (30) South range twenty-eight (28),.East,'
M.D.B. & M.
And 'Whereas the said J. R. Willisms, T. C. Willjams,
Fairfax Willisms, and Catherine Willisms have assigned said lease
to Duval ~Villiams which said assignment of'lease has been con-
sented to by the City Council of the ~it.y of Baker.sfield.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT'RESOLVED tiat, the assignment of said
lease by J.'R. WILLIAMS, T.C. WILLIAMS, FAIRFAX WILLIA~IS, and
CATHERINE WILLIAMS, to DUVAL WILLIAMS~ executed on the 14th day
of February,· 1920, be and the same is hereby accepted.
I~ HEREBY CERTIFY that the' foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council 'of the City of .Bakersfield,. on
