RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED TO CERTAII',i LLND
FOR MUNICIPP~L PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY AUDITOR TO PLACE S~i~ ON FILE AND TO
DRAW· A W~P~RMqT IN PAYMENT OF' S~2~E.
~w~EREAS, public interest require~ the purchase'of cer-
tain lands for Municip~ purposes;, and
.: V~EREAS, .the hereinafter 'described property is suitable
..and desireable for such purposes;
NOW'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL·.OF T.WE CITY
'OF B~XERSFIELD, as follows:
That'the City of Bakersfield purchase for Municipal
purposes the following.~ described. pro'perry, tO-wit:

the B~rnard ~-ddition to the Town of Kern .in tne'lity' of
BakerSfield., County of Kern, State of CrJifornia, accordi_ng
to the Map Sf said Addition recorded in Book 1, at page 43 of
Maps, records of said ~ounty. ' ' .
That the above described property be purchased and that
the City Auditor be and. he is hereby authorized mad directed. to accept
and place on file for record in the office of the Recorder of Kern
County, California,, a deed to said property, duly executed by D.
Rintoul, Reed McClure and Florence McClure, deeding to 'the City of
Bakersfield, a Municipal Corporation, the above described. property.
The' City Auditor is further authorized· and. directed to draw a warrant
payable to D. Rintoul and Reed McClure in the sum. of Thirteen Hundred.
· ($1300.00) dollars in full payment for said above described. property,
and deliver same to D. Rintoul snd Reed. NcClure, upon the delivery
