A RESOLUTION MAKING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
A PORTION OF EAST TRUXTUN AVENUE AND NAMING SAID
PROPERTY EAST TRUXTUN AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0~ BAKERSFIELI),
as follows:
WHEREAS,. the Council of the City .of BakersfieldI desire
to change the course of East Truxtun Avenue;·
AND WHEREAS, the City of Bakersfield Lis now the owner
of all of the real property necessary to' make' such Change and the'
Whole of said property has heretofore been dedicated for street
purpo see; · ..
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,. that the following 'described
