E BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD, as follows: That that certain grant contained in that certain Deed dated the 24th day of March, 1920, wherein E.B. DUNCAN and C.K. DUNC~Jq his wife, gran~ bargain,,- sell b~d convey unto the City of Bakersfield certain real property described as follows: Beginning at a point in the easterly line of G Street one hundred twenty-two (122) feet southerly from its intersection with the southerly line of Truxtun Avenue thence easterly on a line paral- lel to and one hundred twenty-two '52) feet distant' from the souther- ly line of Truxtun Avenue emghty f~0) feet to a point, thence souther- ly at right lea ten (16) feet to a point, the ce westerly on a l~ne paralleT~o and one hundred thirty-two ( 2 feet distant from the southerly line of Truxtun Avenue eighty t~01 feet to a point in the easterl line of G Street thenc~ noPtherly along the easterly line of G S{reet to the point'of beginning.
