A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THAT CERTAIN GRANT WHEREIN
AND WHE~Y M~Y E. CARLOCK CONVEYS CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY
TO THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
That that certain grant contained in that certain Deed
dated the '~t day of March, 1920, wherein MARY E. CARLOCK grants,
bargains, sells, and conveys unto the City of Makersfield certain real
property described as follows:
Commenci~ at a point in the westerly line of H Street
132 feet southerly from its intersection with the southerly line of
Truxtun Avenue; thence westerly on a line arallel to th southerl'
line of Truxtun Avenue and 132 feet distan~ therefrom, 1~ feet~ t~ence
northerly at right an~les ten feet to a point; thence easterly on a
line parallel to the ~outherly line of Truxtun Avenue and. 122 feet
distant therefrom 18~ feet to a point in the westerly line of H f t
Street; thence southerly along the westerly line of H Street ten ee
to the point of beginning,
Be and the same is hereby accepted.
The Clerk of the City of Bakersfield is hereby directed
to have the said Deed recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Kern,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield on the _
