RESOLUTION ACCEPTING gRANTS OF REAL PROPERTY- CONVEYED
TO THE CITY OF B~J(ERSFIELD, FOR STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLKERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, certain owners of property .in Blocks 34, 35, 36, 37,
38, 39, 40, and. 41 in the Southern Addition in the City of Bakers-
field. have executed and delivered their deeds conveying certain real-
property to the City' of Bakersfield with the request that said lands
be used for street purposes, the grantors, dates of said various
deeds and the property conveyed therein being as follows:

declare 'that said lands as described. in said Deeds be and the same
are hereby dedicated for public streets.
The Clerk of this Council is hereby authorized. and. directed
to cause said Deeds to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder .of Kern County, California.
