PROPERTY T0 ilKfiE_. CITY· OF BAKERSFIELD, FOR STREET
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD,
as follows:
~HEt~AS, the COLORADO PACIFIC LAND C0tAPA~YY, a c'orporation
has executed a Dee~ by BAP~IEY TAR~j~INO, as President, and J o TAR~B-INO,
as Secretary, .respectively, of said Colorado Pacific Land Company, date
November oe, 1919, wherein said cor-ooration grants certain lands to
the City of Bakersfield, and has delivered said Deed to the Council of
the City of Bakersfield, with the request that same be used for the
purposes set forth in said 'Deed, said lands being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginni~ at a point in the westerly line of Union Avenue at
its intersection with the southerly line of Section T~hirt (O)

And whereas said corporation has requested that said land so granted
be dedicated for the use an~ p~rpose.~ .of public streets°
NOW; TtiEREFORF.., BE IT lIESOLVED: That this Com~cil does here-
by accept said Grant for snnd in behalf of said City, and do hereby
declare that said lands as described in said· Deed. be and the same are
hereby dedicated for public streets.
The Clerk of this Council is'hereby authorized and directed
to cause said Deed to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of Kern County, California. ..
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed 'and.
