RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED C07'ERING STRIPS OF LA]ID
FOR THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF SE.~NER STREET TO EAST
TI:]UXTUN AVENUE AND FOR TH~ PROPOSED CI~r-fi',!GE OF LOCA-
TION OF EAST T!~UXTUN AVE',YU~ IN THE CITY OF BAKERS-
FIELD, AND DEDICATING SI-~;ZE BDR PUBLIC STREETS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BPt(ERSFIELD,
as follows:
WHEREAS, H. J. BRANDT and PEARL C. BPJ. NDT, his wife, have
executed a Deed, coveri~-~ their omaership in certain lands in the
City of Bakers field, and have delivered. same to the Council of the
City of Bakersfield, with the reqaest that smme be used for the pur-
pose set forth in said Deed., to-wit:
That Samnet Street be extended. to East Truxt~m Averide, as
follows:
