RESOLUTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS FOR GRADING TANPING AND ROLLING TWENTY-
EECOND STREET FRSt THE EASTERLY LINE OF "B"
STREET TO THE WESTERLY LINE' OF "D" STREET, IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
RESOLVED: That the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield
be, and he is hereby ordered to prepare plans and specifications for
the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the .City
of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of California, to-wit:
That Twenty-second Street from the easterly line of "B"
Street to the westerly line of ~D" Street, together with all the in-
tersections of streets and alleys (excepting therefrom such portions
as have already been done to the official line and grade; and ex-
cepting also from all of the above described work such portion as is
required by law to be paved and kept in order or repair by any person
or company having railroad or car tracks thereon) be graded', tamped
and rolled between the points hereinbefore designated.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was passed by
-the Coancil of the City of Bakersfield, on the 29th day of July, 1918,
by the following vote:
