RESOLVED: That the rate of interest on all moneys
belonging to the City of Bakersfield deposited by the Treasurer
in any bank during the year 1918, shall be and the same is here-
by fixed at two (2) per cent per annum on the daily balances
therein deposited, as provided in an Act regulating the deposit
of Municipal moneys in banks and banking corporations, approved
March, 23rd, 1907.
