A RES~LUTION AUTHORIZING TEE EXPENDITURE OF FU1YDS
FOR TEE ENFORCE~YENT OF TEE REDLIGHT ABATEMENT ACT WITHIN
TEE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, it is .the desire of the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield that all proper means be employed 'for the suppression of
vice in the City of Bakersfield;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT PES~LVED BY THE COLR~CIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIE, that the City Manager be authorized, and he is hereby
authprized to employ such persons and expend such money as he may deem
fit and proper for the purpose a~. ~c~uT~i~n'g~e~.,idsnee ;,uobe ~laced before
the proper authorities, for the enforcement of the Redlight Abatement
Act, said expenditures to be approved by the Mayor and the City Attorney
of said City of Bakersfield, and not to exceed the sum ,of ONE THONSAND
DOLLARS ($1000.00).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Eesolution was passed by
