RESOLUTION TRAIISFERRING THE RESIDUE OF THE FUKDS:-OF
THE 1912 SEER SOLIDS II~TO THE GEliERAL EJliDff-,OF THE CITY
BAKERSFIE. ~ALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, The 0utfall Sewer System has been fully constructed
and completed; and
~S, Bonds were issue~.and solrid. for the construction of
said sewer system; and
~Pal~, The fund~,.thereby created is known as the 1912 Sewer
Bonded-3~und'; and
V~EI~E~, After the completion of said sewer system there remains
a residue of Twenty-four Thousand:, Seven Hundred Twelves: and 35/100 Dollars
($24,712.35~) undisposed of;
NOW TI~REFORE ED IT RESOLVED, That said residue of Twenty-four
