ACRES:, THE SAME TO BE PROPOSED AS PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 759, IN THE CiTY OF
BAKER S P IELD.
WHEREAS,'.the City Council of the City of Bakersfield has duly
found and determined. that the owners of more. than sixty per cen~ (60%)
of the area of the property'subject to assessment signed and duly
filed a written petition for improvement work hereinafter described,
as evidenced by Resolution No, 123-60 of this City CounCil of said
City.
NOW, THEREFORE, 'BE IT RESOLV_~j) by the City Council of the City
of Bakersfield that .the City Engineer of ~he said City, be ar..J P.e is
hereby. ordered and directed to prepare an estimate of cost of, map .of
the distric~ to be benefited by, and plans and specifications for,
the following improvement work and construction to be done in said
City of Bakersfield, to wit:

That all of the above improvement work .'and construction shall
be of the sizes and dimensions and done in the manner and places and
to the grades,as sho~n and indicated on the plans ahd specifications
therefor~ to be approved and adopted by this City Council of the City
of Bakersfieldo

I HEReBY.CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed and
adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, at a regular' meeting
