PROPOSED AS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
759, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
that in regards to the improvements hereinafter described, the o~ners
of more than sixty per cent (60%)'of the area of the property subject
· o assessments for the proposed improvemen~ work have signed and
filed with the City Clerk of the City of'.Bakersfield, who is the
officio Clerk of the City Council of the City of Bakersfields.the
legislative body undertaking said proceedings, written petitions for
said improvements 'and a waiver of the investigation and other require-
men~s provided by the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation
and Majority Protest Act of 1931~ in connection with said proposed
improvement work and construction. The said improvement work and
construction to be done in said Ci'ty of Bakersfield~ is described as
follows., to wit:
