HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES NO 106-60 RESOLUTION NO RESOLUTION ASCERTAINING AND DETERMINING THE PREVAILING RATE OF WAGES TO BE PAID TO CERTAIN CRAFTS AND TYPES OF WORKMEN EMPLOYED ON PUBLIC WORK IN THE, CITY OF BAEERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 96. WHEREAS, the Council~ of the City of Bakersfield did, on the 8th day of January, 1951, pass and. adopt Re solution No. 96, ascertaining and de termining the pre- vailing rate of wages to be paid to each Craft and ~type of workmen employed on public works in the 'City of Bakers- field, California, and WHEREAS, since the date of said resolution, the prevailing rate of wages in the Community .for certain crafts and types of workmen has changed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOEVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield, California, that it has ascer- tained and does hereby determine that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for the crafts and type of workmen listed in Exhibit A attached here to, is as indicated on said Exhibit A which is made a part hereof as if set forth in full herein, and that said Resolution No. 96 is hereby amended accordingly.
