RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CITY ENGINEER TO
PREPARE ANDFILE ANNUAL STREET REPORT,
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0..26'60.
BE IT RESOLVED that the. Council of the City of
Bakersfield does hereby designate the City Engineer of
said city tc prepare and file with the State Controller
each year the Annual Street Report required by Section 2151
of the Streets and Highways Code Of the State of California.
,~BE IT FURTHER RESOLI~D that Resolution No. 26-60
be and the same is hereby rescinded.

I PEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of Sep-
tember, 1960, by the following vote:
