RESOLUTION NO. 94-60
A Rt!:SOLUTIO,N A~NDrNG Rb;SOLUTIO,N NO. 67-60
WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 1960, this Council passed a
resolution being No. 67-60, making appropriations for the government
of the City of Bakersfield for the fiscal year beginning July I, 1960,
and ending June 30, 1961, adopting a budget for said fiscal year and
providing the necessary adjustments and t~ansfers of appropriations
wi thin said budge t, and
WHEREAS, since the passage of said resolution, it has been found
ne.ce ssary and advisable to increase the appropriations of a certain
aecount.
NOW, THEREFO~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield, as follows:
That said Resolution No. 67-60 be and the same is hereby amended
by increasing the appropriations of the account hereinafter listed, by
the amount set forth opposite the account.
