RESOLUTION NO e 93-60
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield,
that commencing August 22, 1960, Batty Stiner, be and she is
hereby appointed as Acting City Clerk during the absence of the
duly appointed and acting City Clerk, to do and perform all of
the acts of said City Clerk.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a special
meeting thereof held on the 23rd day of August, 1960, by the follow-
